Back Office Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and data management operations for our air conditioning business. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, disciplined, and comfortable working on computers and managing data.

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining records in Excel

• Handling invoices, service records, and basic documentation

• Updating customer and vendor details in company systems

• Preparing reports using MS Excel and MS Office

• Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and follow-ups

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

• Basic computer proficiency

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Ability to work independently and responsibly
