Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The role includes explaining product details, handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM/Excel, and achieving daily call and sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident and persuasive personality, basic computer knowledge, and a target-driven approach. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
