Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. For the Machine Operator role, we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the CNC industry.

CNC Machine Operator (Freshers Welcome)

The Operator is responsible for the physical setup and running of the machine. No prior experience is required for this role; we provide on-the-job training.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or ITI/Technical certification (Mechanical/Machine trade) is preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, punctuality, and a commitment to workshop safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload raw materials (wood, acrylic, etc.) onto the machine bed.
• Set up tools and zero the machine axes (X, Y, Z).
• Monitor the machine during operation to ensure smooth cutting.
• Perform basic maintenance like cleaning and oiling the machine.

Common Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Understanding of measurement tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
