Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and highly motivated CNC Machine Programmer and Operator to manage the entire workflow from design file preparation to final machine operation. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in specialized programming software and hands-on experience operating industrial CNC and Laser machines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming & Design:
• Create, modify, and optimize toolpaths and G-code using specialized software like ArtCAM or Carveco.
• Prepare and check client design files (DXF, CDR, etc.) for manufacturability and accuracy.
• Nest parts efficiently to minimize material waste (Wood, MDF, Acrylic, etc.).
• Machine Operation:
• Set up and operate CNC Router and Laser cutting machines, including tool changes and material loading.
• Monitor machine performance during operation, making necessary adjustments to speed, feed, and depth settings.
• Ensure all finished parts meet required quality standards and dimensions.
• Maintenance & Safety:
• Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on CNC and Laser machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Expert Proficiency in ArtCAM or Carveco software is mandatory.
• Proven ability to program, set up, and operate CNC Routers and/or Laser Cutting Machines.
• Solid understanding of different tooling types, feed rates, and speed calculations for various materials (Wood, Acrylic, MDF, HDMR).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
