Cook / Chef

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing quality food, maintaining hygiene standards, and working efficiently in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food as per hotel standards and recipes
• Ensure taste, quality, and consistency in all dishes
• Manage kitchen preparation, cutting, marination, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Handle inventory and raw material usage efficiently
• Coordinate with service staff for smooth food service
• Assist in preparation for bulk orders and online orders (Zomato/Swiggy if required)
• Follow food safety and hygiene norms at all times
• Reduce food wastage and control kitchen costs

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant
• Cuisine Knowledge: North Indian/South Indian/Chinese/Chaat & Fast Food (hotel experience preferred)
• Skills:
• Fast and efficient cooking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good time management
• Language: Hindi (local language knowledge preferred)
• Attitude: Disciplined, clean, and team-oriented
