Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our retailers and partners with service-related queries and operational support. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to retailer/customer queries

• Resolve issues related to money transfer, bill payments, and other services

• Coordinate with banks and service partners for transaction-related issues

• Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions

• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their queries

• Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the concerned team

• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)

• Ability to handle customer queries patiently

• Experience in customer support or call center is preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
