Customer Support / Student Support Executive
About Law Prep Tutorial:

Role Overview: We are looking for a Male Customer/Student Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our students, providing them with prompt assistance, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth academic and service experience throughout their journey with Law Prep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from students and parents.
• Assist students with class schedules, login or portal access, and academic support requirements.
• Coordinate with academic, technical, and operations teams to resolve student concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-up actions.
• Provide regular updates and reminders about classes, tests, and other academic activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and feedback management.
• Support counselors and academic teams in maintaining student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream). • 1–3 years of experience in customer/student support preferred (ed-tech/education background is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools. • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
• Energetic, punctual, and comfortable managing student interactions both online and offline.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and a student-first mindset.
