Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to deliver products to customers promptly and safely. The role involves ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining good customer relationships, and handling products with care.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders/products to customers within assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle products with care and maintain quality during transit.
• Follow delivery schedules and company policies.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and provide receipts to customers.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with dispatch team for route updates or issues.
• Keep delivery vehicle (bike/cycle) clean and in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries politely.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 10th pass / 12th pass (preferred).
• Valid driving license (2-wheeler).
• Own bike/scooter (preferred but optional depending on company).
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Physically fit to lift packages (up to 10–20 kg depending on job).
• Ability to use smartphone apps (Maps, delivery apps, OTP verification).
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.
