Subject: Requirement for Delivery Person (Orthopaedic Implants & Instruments Supply to Hospitals) – Quotation / Application Invited

R.K. Medicare Private Limited, Jodhpur, is engaged in the supply of orthopaedic implants and instruments to hospitals. We require one Delivery Person for hospital deliveries and collection work. Interested candidates / manpower agencies are requested to submit their quotation / expected salary along with profile details as per below:

Delivery Executive / Delivery Person (Orthopaedic Implants & Instruments)

Jodhpur & Nearby Areas (Hospitals / Clinics / Nursing Homes)

3. Job Responsibilities (Role & Duties)

1. Timely delivery of orthopaedic implants, instruments & related materials to hospitals.

2. Handling delivery challan, invoice, gate pass, and acknowledgement properly.

3. Collection of signed challans / purchase orders from hospital authorities.

4. Coordinating with hospital OT staff / store / purchase department for delivery.

5. Pickup & return of instrument boxes after surgery as per company instructions.

6. Maintaining delivery logbook / daily delivery report.

7. Ensuring safe handling of medical products (no damage / no loss).

8. Maintaining confidentiality of hospital and patient-related information.

9. Basic coordination with office for urgent OT / emergency deliveries.

10. Ensuring cleanliness and safe handling of instrument boxes.

4. Qualification Required

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Preferred: Any graduate / diploma (added advantage)

5. Experience Required

Minimum: 1 to 2 years experience in delivery field

Preferred: Experience in medical / pharma / hospital supply delivery

6. Mandatory Requirements

1. Must have two-wheeler and valid Driving License.

2. Must know local Jodhpur routes and nearby hospital locations.

3. Must be honest, punctual, disciplined, and physically fit.

4. Must be able to handle emergency / urgent OT deliveries.

7. Working Hours

Normal Duty: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

OT / Emergency deliveries may require flexible timings as per hospital demand.

8. Salary & Allowances (Fixed)

Monthly Salary: ₹7,000 to ₹8,000 (Fixed)

Petrol Allowance: Separate (as per actual / fixed monthly limit)

Mobile allowance / overtime: If applicable (to be decided)

9. Documents Required

1. Resume / Bio-data

2. Aadhar Card + PAN Card copy

3. Driving License copy

4. 2 Passport size photographs

5. Previous employer reference (if available)

10. Joining
