'JOB PROFILE
1. ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS - UPLOADING PRODUCTS ON ONLINE PLATFORMS , SCHEDULING PICKUPS , GENERATING ORDER LABELLING , SUPERVISING ORDER PACKAGING , DAILY DISPATCH AND RETURNS RECONCILIATION.
2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - DATA ENTRY AND MANAGEMENT OF INVENTORY ON EXCEL.
3. ACCOUNTING - GOOD TALLY AND ACCOUNTS KNOWLEDGE , VOUCHER ENTRIES , RECONCILIATION.
4. CUSTOMER RELATIONS - ENGAGING AND RESOLVING CUSTOMER QUERIES.
5. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - PROMOTING PRODUCTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO GENERATE LEADS AND ENHANCE SALES.
