Execution Engineer

Project Location: Jaisalmer

Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end execution of civil construction projects at site, ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily site execution activities as per drawings and specifications

2. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government officialsInterpret technical drawings and ensure correct implementation

3. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion

4. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms

5. Prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), billing quantities, and BOQs

6. Supervise subcontractors and labor workforce

7. Handle site measurements and certification for billing

Required Skills & Experience

3–8 years of experience in civil construction (government projects preferred)

Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure execution

Experience in handling site teams independently

Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing

Good to Have

Experience in stone cladding work (fixing, alignment, finishing)

Exposure to horticulture/landscape execution (planting, irrigation systems)

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
