Field Officer

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and supporting field-level activities related to Women and Child Development programs. The role involves regular field visits, community engagement, and coordination to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor field-level program activities

Conduct awareness sessions on women and child development

Mobilize community members and coordinate with local stakeholders

Perform regular field visits and maintain daily reports

Support in organizing events, camps, and other field activities

Collect data and maintain basic documentation

Ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and organizational guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (BA preferred)

Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in the development sector)

Skills:

Good communication skills (knowledge of local language preferred)

Basic reporting and coordination skills

Other Requirements:

Valid driving license

Own two-wheeler (bike/scooty) is mandatory

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Preference:

Local candidates will be preferred
