Graphic Designer

SpeakyHome is a fast-growing home services startup expanding across multiple cities. We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Graphics Designer who can also edit short-form videos (Reels) for social media and performance marketing.

This role is hands-on. You’ll design, edit, iterate fast, and directly support growth campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities Graphics DesignSocial media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, Ads)

• Posters, banners, flyers, brochures
• Offer creatives, service posters, city launch creatives
• App & website banners
• Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, layouts)
• Reels / Short Video EditingEdit Instagram Reels, Shorts, ad videos (15–45 sec)
• Add subtitles, transitions, hooks, CTAs
• Before–after videos (cleaning, home services)
• Trend-based reels aligned with marketing goals
• Optimize videos for engagement & conversions

🛠 Required SkillsAdobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva (Pro preferred)
• Reels editing tools: CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Basic motion graphics & typography sense
• Understanding of social media formats & trends
• Fast turnaround + attention to detail

➕ Good to Have (Strong Advantage)After Effects (motion graphics)

• Figma (basic UI design)
• Experience with startups, D2C, or service-based brands
• Knowledge of ad creatives & performance marketing visuals

📂 What You Must SharePortfolio (Behance / Google Drive / Website)

• 2–3 Reels or short videos you’ve edited
• 2–3 social media design samples
