The HR Executive at Vande Digital is not a “formality role.” This person is responsible for building people systems, hiring real performers, and keeping the culture sharp in a fast-growing digital agency. If HR here becomes slow, soft, or bureaucratic, the company suffers—so this role demands ownership, speed, and clarity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
• 
  
• Hire video editors, marketers, designers, sales & operations roles
• Screen candidates for skill + attitude, not just resumes
• Coordinate interviews and ensure fast hiring cycles
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• 
  
• Onboarding, documentation, attendance, exits
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS
• Ensure discipline, clarity of roles, and accountability
• Performance & Culture
• 
  
• Assist management in performance reviews
• Address employee concerns without drama or bias
• Help build a performance-driven, no-excuses work culture
• Policies & Compliance
• 
  
• Implement HR policies (leave, discipline, work ethics)
• Ensure compliance with basic labor laws
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Internal Communication
• 
  
• Act as a bridge between management and team
• Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and followed
• Required SkillsStrong communication (Hindi mandatory, English workable)
• Hiring sense (can spot lazy vs hungry candidates)
• Documentation & HR operations knowledge
