Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to support our Human Resources and administrative operations remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation, and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth organizational functioning.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesAssist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities (preparation of offer letters, induction scheduling, documentation).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal activities and maintain related reports.
  • Administrative TasksPrepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Manage HR-related email communication and maintain organized digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Assist management with general administrative support and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and HR management tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
