International BPO Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and professional BPO Telecaller to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle patients politely, and strong client management abilities. The role involves interacting with patients over calls, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth communication experience between the clinic and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, services, and follow-ups
• Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and patient details
• Resolve patient queries and concerns with patience and clarity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient handling
• Follow up with patients for feedback, reports, or future appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or healthcare support is preferred
