Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Assist in bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and basic reconciliations
• Support administrative and documentation-related tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams for data sharing and record maintenance
• Assist senior accounts staff in routine accounting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with prior experience in the handicraft / manufacturing industry will be preferred
• Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com / relevant diploma preferred)
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
