Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Marketing Executive to drive our business growth in the domain of shot blasting machines, sand blasting systems, blast room setups, paint spray booths, and associated spares and consumables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, supporting the sales team with technical documentation, building brand awareness, and ensuring effective promotion of our solutions in the target industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Market Development:Identify and research potential customers across key industries such as foundries, automotive, steel fabrication, aerospace, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and general engineering.

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, trade platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain a database of prospects, project leads, and influencers (consultants, OEMs, contractors).

2. Marketing Communication & Branding:Develop promotional content such as brochures, technical datasheets, presentations, product catalogues, and case studies in coordination with the design team.

  • Manage the company’s presence across online platforms (company website, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, trade portals).
  • Assist in SEO/SEM efforts, targeted email marketing campaigns, and newsletter creation.

3. Product & Application Knowledge:Understand and articulate the working principles, advantages, and applications of airless shot blasting machines, suction/pressure blasting cabinets, blast room systems, dust collectors, paint booths, and related spare parts.

  • Conduct market benchmarking, competitor analysis, and identify USPs to be highlighted in marketing collateral.

4. Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:Coordinate with the sales team to support technical proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.

  • Prepare standard presentations, demonstration videos, and customer-specific content tailored to their industry or application.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through structured communication and persuasive marketing material.

5. Exhibitions & Trade Events:Plan, organize, and participate in national and regional exhibitions and trade fairs.

  • Prepare event-specific promotional kits and liaise with the design/production team for stall setup and logistics.
  • Capture and document visitor interactions and generate actionable follow-ups.

6. Sales Coordination & CRM:Update and maintain CRM systems with inquiry status, communication records, and opportunity progress.

  • Support the sales team in order processing, coordination with production, and after-sales communication if required.

7. Market Feedback & Reporting:Gather feedback from dealers, clients, and sales teams regarding product performance, price competitiveness, and branding.

  • Provide monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, competitor insights, and market dynamics.
