Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting construction projects, generating leads, and supporting sales activities to increase brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure) to potential clients
• Generate leads through site visits, field marketing, and references
• Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups and closures
• Meet customers, explain project details, pricing, and offers
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
• Prepare daily/weekly marketing and lead reports
