Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Instagram business account (posts, reels, stories, growth, engagement)

• Handle product listings and business management on Amazon & Myntra

• Reply to customer messages and DMs regularly

• Attend customer video calls when required

• Coordinate for photoshoots, content planning & posting

• Monitor online orders and customer queries

• Basic understanding of online sales & marketplace operations

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other apps for content, captions, replies & productivity

• Maintain brand tone, presentation & professionalism

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Knowledge of Instagram insights & trends

• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, InShot, etc.)

• Smart, responsible & quick learner

• Interest in fashion industry

Experience:

1–2 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
