Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Retail Sales

We are seeking a talented and passionate Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the agricultural sector, specifically those seeking financing for tractor purchases. Your primary goal will be to understand their financial needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless loan process. You will work closely with our retail sales team to promote our tractor loan products and drive sales, contributing to the overall success of the TFE department.

  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including tractor loan products, to meet customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with the retail sales team to promote tractor loan products and generate sales leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and agricultural financing options to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and agricultural fairs to network and promote our tractor loan offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for tractor loan products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural financing, including tractor loans and related products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and offer tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
