Relationship Manager-Housing Finance-Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, conducting needs analysis, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client financial requirements and offer suitable housing finance solutions.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and financial plans to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new products to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell other bank products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience throughout the relationship.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and efficient loan processing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance products, mortgage lending, and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and relationship building.
