Field Executive – Gold Loan (Job Description)Role: Field Executive / Relationship Officer – Gold Loan
Job Description:
- Generate gold loan business by visiting local markets, shops, and potential customers.
- Build relationships with jewelers, traders, and local references to increase gold loan leads.
- Explain gold loan product features, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Collect required KYC documents and gold loan application forms from customers.
- Coordinate with branch team for gold valuation and loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per bank/NBFC guidelines.
- Follow up with customers for loan disbursement and repayment reminders.
- Achieve monthly gold loan business targets assigned by the branch.
- Maintain customer database and field visit reports.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of banking or gold loan products
- Field marketing and sales ability
- Relationship building in the local market
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC field sales / Gold Appraiser
