Restaurant Staff

Job Description -

Control day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food & supplies & developing restaurant teams.

Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining registers and licenses.

Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, sale collection reconciliations and taking appropriate actions.

Recruit, Interview & hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate & train.

Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, & grounds through the use of a Preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.

Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Ensure complete & timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs. Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating a safe work environment for the team.

Key Role: • Inventory Management

• People Management, Issues & Escalation handling, Motivating the Team Members • Responsible to meet weekly/monthly target

Maintain P&L

Implementing new ideas to increasing the sales and repeating customers visits

Minimum Criteria -5 years' experience with an international QSR or IHM degree and 3 years' experience in QSR (Should be currently working at least as Assistant Restaurant Manager or equivalent level).
