Sales and Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence across project, retail, and institutional segments.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and government departments.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and timely order closures to achieve defined revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyse competitor activities, and monitor pricing trends.
• Coordinate closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and strong customer satisfaction.
• Track and analyse sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
