Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2C Sales Executive to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers (B2C segment)
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and digital channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide effective solutions
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service delivery
