Job Description – LPG GAS Sales Executive (Jodhpur)

Position Title: LPG GAS Sales Executive

Location: Jodhpur

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving LPG Gas sales within the assigned Geographical Area (GA) in Jodhpur by developing new customer connections, managing distributor relationships, ensuring compliance, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate domestic, commercial, and industrial LPG leads within assigned GA.
• Achieve monthly targets for new connections, refills, and conversions.
• Conduct field visits, customer outreach, and promotional activities to maximize market penetration.
• Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, providing timely inputs to management.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, documentation verification, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure customer service standards, address grievances, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS as required.
• Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory norms related to LPG distribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of field sales experience; LPG or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jodhpur GA.
