Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing all marketing activities across Rajasthan. This role involves leading sales teams, developing market strategies, closing high-value projects, and building strong channel partnerships to expand the company’s presence in the agri-infrastructure market.

• Main Responsibilities & Tasks Develop and implement the state-level sales and marketing strategy
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Lead and close high-value polyhouse, greenhouse, and shade net house projects
• Manage and mentor tele-sales, field sales, and channel partner teams
• Monitor lead pipelines, conversion ratios, and overall sales performance
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign ROI
• Build and manage dealer, contractor, and referral networks across Rajasthan
• Conduct sales meetings, negotiations, and final deal closures with key clients
• Guide customers on subsidy and non-subsidy project models
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Ensure proper use of CRM and accurate sales reporting
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
