Job Description: Tele-Calling & Academic Counselor – Vande Digital Role Overview:

You will be responsible for calling students, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them towards suitable services such as assignments, projects, study-abroad support, and academic consulting. This role demands strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and consistency in daily outcomes—not excuses or timepass.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
• Explain Vande Digital’s academic and study-abroad services clearly and confidently.
• Identify the student’s requirements and suggest the right solution.
• Handle counselling sessions through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert leads into paid admissions / service purchases.
• Maintain follow-up and daily tracking of calls and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and service delivery.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets—performance matters, not effort stories.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students.
• Required Skills & QualitiesStrong communication in Hindi & basic English.
• Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle pressure and objections without drama.
• Sales mindset—conversion matters.
• Basic computer & WhatsApp professionalism.
• Quick learner and problem solver.
• Not afraid of accountability.
• Preferred Experience0–2 years in tele-calling, counselling, sales, or customer support.
• Fresher with strong communication skills can apply.
• Performance Expectations80–120 calls/day minimum.
• Maintain proper follow-up sheets.
