Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and assisting with customer inquiries. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our offerings.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and provide timely updates to potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and metrics.

Skills:-

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive attitude.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
