Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle sales of gold and silver jewellery through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery collections virtually, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to gold and silver jewellery sales
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and budget
• Share product details, pricing, offers, and schemes via calls and online platforms
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and order details
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth buying experience

Requirements:

• Experience in telesales or jewellery sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Knowledge of gold and silver jewellery is an added advantage
• Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and online sales tools
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to meet sales targets
