Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and support sales growth for Polyhouse, Greenhouse, and Shade Net House solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls professionally
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Follow up on new, processing, and close-by leads
• Explain products, services, and basic pricing clearly
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM
• Coordinate with sales & technical team for order closure
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Comfortable with calling farmers, business owners, and investors
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / WhatsApp tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in agriculture, real estate, solar, insurance, or project sales
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
