Travel Consultant

Job description:

Job Responsibiliites

1. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and suggesting suitable travel packages. Liaising with clients in personal, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.

2. Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.

3. Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients preferences and budget.

4. Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.

5. Communicating with vendors over email, whatsapp & call to process reservations & packages for clients.

6. Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.

7. Must know how to use the internet well including research using google and google maps.

Skills Required

Good command over MS office - Excel , Powerpoint , Word etc

Decent Spoken and written English

Decent Spoken Hindi

Basic written communication skills to use Email , Whatsapp etc

Working Hours

Timings - 10.30 am 7 pm

Monday - Saturday

Sunday - Weekly OFF

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be graduate or above

MBA or BBA graduate preferred

Fresher may apply FULL TIME JOB ONLY

Long Term ( 1 yr + ) prospects only.

Salary : 15-30k per month.
