Field Sales Executive โ Sharbat Marketing
๐ Position Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and brand visibility of Sharbat products within the assigned territory. This role requires proactive market engagement, relationship building, and execution of sales strategies to achieve business growth.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales Management: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned region.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen distribution channels.
Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure product availability.
Promotional Activities: Execute marketing campaigns, product sampling, and in-store promotions to boost brand visibility.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Customer Service: Address client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
๐ ๏ธ Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably beverages or food products.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with local markets, distributors, and consumer behavior.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
