Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming experience
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and suggest add-ons (upselling)
- Deliver quick and prompt service as per QSR standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Operate the POS system for accurate billing
- Accept payments via cash, UPI, and card
- Ensure correct order entry (order punching)
- Maintain accuracy in billing and transactions
- Assist in preparation of food and beverages as per SOPs
- Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation standards
- Follow standard recipes and cooking procedures
- Support timely order execution during service
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, kitchen, and dining area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
- Ensure personal grooming and hygiene at all times
- Assist in stock handling, storage, and replenishment
- Inform supervisor about low stock levels or shortages
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper material usage
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Provide support during peak hours and rush situations
- Follow shift schedules, duties, and operational instructions
