Branch Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily branch functioning, security, and adherence to policies. 
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch employees; resolve internal conflicts. 
• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to meet targets for loans, deposits, and products; attract new clients. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional service, resolve complex complaints, and build community ties. 
• Financial Oversight: Manage branch budgets, monitor performance metrics (revenue, costs), and ensure accurate reporting. 
• Compliance & Risk: Enforce banking regulations, internal policies, and fraud prevention measures. 
• Reporting: Prepare performance reports and communicate branch insights to headquarters.
