Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing export marketing strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets. The role involves identifying potential export markets, managing distributors/importers, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving international sales growth for food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement export marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential international markets and new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents.
• Negotiate export contracts, pricing, and trade terms.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, food safety standards, and export documentation requirements.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and documentation with the export department.
• Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and product compliance.
• Prepare export sales reports and track performance against targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in export marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of export procedures, food certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, Halal), and international markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/export management tools.
