Designation: Service Engineer

Mandatory Qualification: Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience

Location: Ghumasan, Mehsana, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD Drives) for our clients.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in VFD Drives promptly and efficiently.
• Create and maintain warranty certificates for serviced equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and provide technical support.
• Document service activities, including maintenance logs and warranty certificates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and warranty policies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while performing service tasks.
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform onsite service and maintenance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining Variable Frequency Drives (VFD Drives).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in creating and managing warranty certificates.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in similar roles preferred.
