We specialize in manufacturing solar water heaters, solar rooftops, solar street lights, and other renewable energy solutions. To support our growing operations, we are looking for Factory Helpers to assist in our solar manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing and assembling solar water heaters and related products.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Help machine operators with setup and basic maintenance.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the factory workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Support supervisors and technicians as needed in daily factory operations.

Requirements:

• No formal education required, but prior factory experience is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in manufacturing (preferred).
