Role Overview The Dean—MBA is the academic and business head of the GRV MBA Program, responsible for academic excellence, admissions growth, marketing strategy, industry engagement, and regulatory compliance. The role carries direct accountability for student intake, program quality, and outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities: Academic & Governance Lead curriculum design, delivery, assessments, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with affiliating university, AICTE, and statutory requirements.
• Chair academic committees and oversee inspections and accreditations.
• Faculty Leadership Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty performance and development.
• Promote research, FDPs, and industry engagement.
• Admissions & Marketing (Core Accountability) Own end-to-end admissions strategy and execution to meet intake targets.
• Plan and drive marketing initiatives (digital, outreach, events, partnerships).
• Supervise admissions teams and personally handle key student/parent interactions.
• Track leads, conversions, and ROI on marketing spend.
• Industry Interface & Placements Build strong corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, and placements.
• Guide placement strategy to improve outcomes and recruiter engagement.
• Student & Campus Leadership Ensure student development, discipline, mentoring, and campus culture.
• Address student concerns and enhance overall student experience.
• Financial & Operational Oversight Support budgeting, cost control, and program sustainability.
• Report regularly on admissions, marketing performance, academics, and placements.
• Qualifications & Experience: PhD in Management or MBA with a strong academic leadership background (PhD preferred).
• 10–15 years in management education, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in admissions growth, marketing, and program building.
• Strong industry connect and excellent communication skills.
