 🗝 Key Responsibilities -     Technical Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operations

Liquid Processing: Oversee large-scale compounding, sugar syrup preparation, filtration, and high-speed filling lines (automatic/semi-automatic).

Semi-Solid Processing: Manage the manufacturing of emulsions (creams/lotions) and hydrophobic bases (ointments), ensuring proper homogenization and cooling rates to prevent phase separation.

Yield Optimization: Monitor and minimize "process loss" during filtration and tube-filling stages.

Compliance & Quality Control

Documentation: Ensure "Online Documentation" for Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).

Audit Management: Act as the primary technical lead during inspections from regulatory bodies (e.g., FDA, MHRA, TGA, or WHO).

Investigation: Lead the root cause analysis for any Batch Failures, Deviations, or Out-of-Specification (OOS) results.

Equipment & Engineering

Machinery Oversight: Supervise the operation and cleaning (CIP/SIP) of:

Manufacturing Vessels (Jacketed/Agitated)

Colloidal Mills & Homogenizers

Multi-head Filling and Capping Machines

Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machines

Validation: Oversee Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Equipment Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).

3. Operational & Leadership Responsibilities

Production Planning: Coordinate with the Supply Chain department to align production schedules with market demand.

Cost Control: Manage the departmental budget, focusing on reducing waste and optimizing utility consumption (Steam, Purified Water, HVAC).

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety): Ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols for handling hazardous chemicals or hot liquids.

Training: Conduct periodic training for staff on SOPs, hygiene, and the technical nuances of liquid/semi-solid behavior.                               🔮Location -Kala Amb(HP)
