1.Designation - Sales Officer - Unsecured Business Loans

2.Qualification - 10th +

3.Age group - Less than 27 years

4.Basic knowledge on KYC: Documents needs to be collected to check client's eligibility & process loans -Aadhar, PAN, GST certificate, Bank Account details, Bank Statement

5. 2 wheeler with License is Mandatory - This will purely be a field job

6 .Salary - 18k gross - around 16K in hand

7 .Travel or Petrol Allowance - up to 4K per month depending upon the KM's travelled

8 .Mobile Reimbursement - 350 RS per month

9 .Sales incentives apart from Salary will be given based on performance.

10 .Work timings - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

11 .Candidate should be a pure fresher - no PF account or UAN number should be there.

12 .Good communication skills - fluent in local language

13 . 3 days training will be given post joining

14 .Basic dressing sense - Clean formals with Shoes preferred. Note: ( T-shirts, toned jeans and Chapple's are not allowed )
