Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and result-oriented Telecaller โ€“ Admissions to connect with parents, provide detailed information about our academic programs, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling objections, and a strong focus on achieving admission targets.


๐Ÿ“ฒ Call parents from provided leads database and explain courses offered by Bansal Classes.

๐ŸŽ“ Present program details, fee structure, scholarship tests, batch timings, and success results.

๐Ÿค Build trust with parents by understanding their childโ€™s academic needs and aspirations.

๐ŸŽฏ Convert inquiries into admissions by effective follow-ups and counseling.

๐Ÿ“ Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly.

๐Ÿ“… Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, and scholarship test appointments.

๐Ÿ”„ Follow up with interested parents to close admissions within timelines.

๐Ÿ“Š Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.


Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

0โ€“3 years experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required; regional language is a plus).

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Target-driven mindset with positive attitude.


Experience in education/ed-tech/ coaching industry.

Comfortable working with admission.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Polite, patient, and professional behavior with parents.
