MIS Executive / MIS Analyst

2. Responsibilities:

Excel aur Google Sheets me daily/weekly/monthly reports banana.

Data collect, clean, and organize karna from different teams or systems.

Dashboards create karna (Excel, Google Data Studio, etc.) for performance monitoring.

Sales, inventory, HR, finance ya operations data ka analysis aur visualization.

Automation using formulas/macros/Scripts (e.g., Google Apps Script, VBA).

Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Support management in decision making through relevant data insights.

Coordination with other departments for smooth reporting.

3. Key Skills:

Strong in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts).

Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic scripting (Apps Script).

Basic understanding of SQL or data queries (optional but good to have).

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

4. Qualifications:

Graduation in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc (Maths/Stats), or related field.

Certification in Excel or Data Analysis is a plus.

5. Experience:

Fresher to 2 years (for junior roles)

2–5 years (for mid-level MIS roles)
