Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our coaching institute. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students 

and parents, guiding them through the admission process, addressing their queries, and helping them select the right course based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.

* Counsel students and parents about various courses, admission procedures, fee structure, and benefits.

* Maintain follow-up communication to convert leads into admissions.

* Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with faculty and operations team for demo classes or assessments.

* Assist in organizing orientation programs, seminars, and other events.

* Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

* Prior experience in counselling or sales is a plus.
