ADS Smart Innovation is a fast-growing brand in motorcycle technology. We specialize in Motorcycle CarPlay systems, dashcams, and premium bike accessories, working with dealers and riders across India.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

• Manage product listings on website and marketplaces
• Update product information, pricing, and stock availability
• Process online orders and coordinate with packing & dispatch team
• Handle customer queries from website, WhatsApp, and Instagram

Sales Support

• Call and follow up with motorcycle dealers across India
• Assist in generating new dealer leads
• Maintain dealer database and update order records
• Support the sales team in order processing and coordination

Back Office Operations

• Maintain sales and order reports in Excel / Google Sheets
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipment tracking
• Manage invoices, order records, and documentation
• Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / E-commerce / Back Office
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
• Ability to handle customer calls and dealer coordination
• Interest in motorcycles / bike accessories will be a plus

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidate preferred
• Organized, responsible, and good at communication
• Experience in online sales or e-commerce operations
