Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, email outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products/services in a compelling manner.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and market needs to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, address objections, and close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective strategies that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales activities, and provide regular reports on business development activities and forecasts.
  • Brand Awareness & Marketing:
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
  • Goal Setting & Performance Metrics:
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
