Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our skilling and staffing division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Lead new client acquisition efforts and develop long-term business relationships.
• Plan, organize, and execute effective sourcing and service strategies for clients.
• Drive revenue growth by securing contract and contract-to-hire positions.
• Explore and develop business opportunities in Skill Development programs such as NATS, NAPS, WILP and Learn and Earn etc.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and 7 years experience in total required preferably in the staffing & skilling industry.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
