Job Overview

Bilivin Education is looking for a motivated and result-driven Tamil-speaking Business Development Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will counsel students, convert leads into enrollments, and contribute to business growth while shaping learners’ careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments

• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Update and manage lead data in CRM

• Build strong relationships with students and stakeholders

Eligibility & Requirements• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi (preferred)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude

• Willingness to work in a target-based environment
