Khasnis & Associates is a Proprietorship firm based in Kalyan West, Maharashtra. We provide RCC Structural designs, cost estimates and quantity surveys for various Residential and Commercials Buildings and projects. We are in existence for over 40 years and have successfully completed a very large number of projects for all Prestigious clients.

We are looking for a full time talented and accomplished Auto CAD Draughtsman to join our growing profession. A minimum of 3 years of Civil Drafting Industrial experience is must.

Job Role

·      Design and draft precise plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

·      Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and architects.

·      Should be able to make AutoCAD 2D Drafting , Elevations, Sections.

·      Will be required to carry out site inspection to verify the execution as per drawing.

·      Should be able to make render drawings, presentation drawings.

·      Should be able to work on preparation of basic Etab model.

·      Should effectively communicate with Clients and Architects for any day to day drawing related queries.

·      Need to have knowledge of frame structure of buildings.

Qualifications

·      Diploma Engineer/ITI Course Certification/Certified Draughtsman course.

Salary

·      As per industry standards that commensurate with Skills.
